Hi, I have just been given a superb job working in Spain at a holiday resort ...and also picked up a hotel as well... Now as well as table hopping I also have to have a stage performance... No problems there...I have developed a nice two 1/2 hour shows.

Just bought No tear restored newspaper And himber card to include in the show.

Anyway I digress ... with stage magicians... what sort of microphone do you use...to keep your hands free... and where is the best place to get kitted out...I live in England ( At the moment) but don't mind ordering off the net !

Thanks for any help ??

There is a online music store, www.musiciansfriend.com that have pa equipment. Microphones and the such. Also they have great prices.

I hope this is not against rules, if so, sorry.

Hope this helps,

Brian

if the show is indoors you might consider taking some theatre classes or voice projection. Taking courses like that will help out a ton. On top of being a magician I'm also an actor and have never found the need to use a mic. If the area is too big or there are no acoustics then try out Ebay or do a google search. should be lots of stuff there.
