I love this forum however I see that many people ask things like what trick? What should I say? How should I dress?

It's good to get ideas from others, but I hope that everyone ends up doing their own thing.

I would like to suggest that you do what you like. If you like the trick you are doing, then that gets across to the audiance. They will enjoy it also. I know and have many tricks, but I end up doing the ones I have the most fun with.

The clothes should fit the occation and be comfortable for you. Be careful not to let the clothes distract from the performance or get in oyur way.

Don't talk over music. Use music that enhances the effect and time your moves to the music.

Always treat your volunteers with respect even the kids or others you might be using on a sucker gag. Be sure to thank them and have the audiance give them a hand.

If you do decide to use tricks that others have been having success with, make it your own. Make it alll your own and have fun.
