Hey guys, I'm starting to get into stage for a local restaurant (B-Day parties) but a lot of the effects I look at are sold out! I was going to get the square circle as well as stratosphere and jeff mcbrides videos but they're all gone! Also, I've heard the PBJ illusion video is a bit fishy... I an going to go out on a limb and say that the part that can't be done is having the PBJ sandwich be pulled out of the bag by the spectator after it's done... and eating it... It seems more like you would have to have a utility bag used for this (a side pocket in a brown paper bag that you drop 2 slices in and rip it open to show only the sandwich) or else it just doesn't work.

I would say doing close-up for birthday parties or resturaunt stuff. I think some stage tricks would need some distance but, others may not.

It isnt called stage magic for a birthday party. It will most likely be parlour magic because it will be on the same level as the spectators. It they are sold out, wait until they come back in stock.

It's not closeup, its for stage.. I'm doing a combination stage magic/escapism routine. Penguin has been out of stock too long, what's the deal with this "We are trying to get it in stock or we won't get money for it" thing when they haven't been in stock for weeks?

Nope. Not true. Theres away on the forums that tells how to do it in the demo only the demo was rigged, however, it looks like the demo. SO you can do the 2 slices and THEY can take it out and eat it and keep the bag!

Could somebody PM me the ideal place to get stage magic then?

...and we can't do non-penguin marketing. Just search on the web for "stage effects".
