I'm not sure, but I think they are just Balducci, King, Elevator, Wild Levitation, and Zero Gravity.

These are the levitations in detail.

BROOMFLIGHT-Ilike it the best one but not good enough. You cover a broom with a cloth and get on it and they see"both feet" on the broom.

Airborne-you stand on a chair, put up a cloth over your knees and lift "both" up and your "levitating"!

floating on the edge-It's the wild levitation but on a step

Mid-air-The levitation on the cover of the book,ONLY FOR STAGE!!!

Suspension of disbelief-HORRIBLE!-you lay on 2 chairs facing each other cover yourself with a cloth and go up 5 feet-WORST IN THE BOOK!!!

The street levitation-The Balducci

DONT BUY THIS EVEN IF THEY SOUND GOOD!! NOT A WASTE OF MONEY BUT A WASTE OF TIME BUYING.Glad I know how to do them. Read my review at the page AIRBORNEEDDIE. :!: :( :)

PS YOU CANT WALK ON WATER!!!  :D :) :( :?

seems to me like most of the effects use the wild levitation gimmick, or at least a form of it anyway.
