Click on GIMP for Windows (Or GIMP for MacOSX) on the left. There should be some instructions there.

how do I post a pic ??

First, if it's your own picture, upload it onto the internet using an image host, such as www.imageshack.us or www.photobucket.com . Once you've uploaded it, copy the "Direct Link to Image" address, post it on a message here, highlight it, and then push the Img button near the top. It should look like this:
[img ]{your image URL goes here}[ /img] (Without the spaces)

I downloaded gimp, now how do I use it? can anybody make a tutorial under a new topic?

There are many GIMP tutorials out there....google it!

Could someone please shrink this.....I dont care if you take stuff off as long as you still have my face lol

I also edited it a little bit.

I would ask to shrink these images but they suck if i dont export them as a .swf.
