Im not sure as to why anyone would list A Clockwork Orange or Silence Of The Lambs. Both movies are in my top 5 of all time, but are far from being scary movies.

I reccomend that you see The Descent. Im glad that it's on your list because it has some very very scary scenes. Ones that will make you jump.

(REC) is also very good, if you don't mind subtitles. Just a great movie from start to finish.

Just a note to Balducci, Dog Soldiers AND Doomsday are done by the same director as The Descent, Neil Marhsall, not sure if you were aware. That explains why they're all pretty awesome.

I'd say:

-Old Boy (excellent movie, more horror than scary)
-Hard Candy (not exactly horror or scary, but it's great)
-Urban Legend (there are 3 in the series)
-Final Destination (also 3 in the series)
-SAW (all, except 2, are good, haven't seen 5 yet!)
-Land of the Dead (it's an alright Zombie movie)
-Idle hands (Best movie ever, hands down!)
-2001 Maniacs (well, it was entertaining, lot's of nudity )
-Fight Club (no, nor horror or scary, but it's really, really, good!)
-The Butterfly Effect (more of a psychological thriller, but it's a great movie)
-Ammityville Horror (the new one, it's decent)
-Hide and Seek (I just love Dakota Fanning in it...sorry)
-The Ring
-The Grudge/The Grudge 2 (have to see both if you're going to watch though)
-Cry Wolf (just watch and be entertained)
-Suicide Club (My sister recommends it)
-Ju-on (Sister also reccomends)
-Seed of Chucky (well, it was funny)
-The Exorcism of Emily Rose
-Single White Female (again, it was entertaining)

Ones to stay away from:

-Hostel (lamest attempt at a movie since The Garbage Pail kids Movie)
-Are you Scared (terrible attempt at a SAW remake, notice how there's not even a "?" in the title!)
-The Happening (a lot of hype, but it's worth it the first time)
-Halloween (the original)
-Midnight Meat Train (it could be good, but it's not)
-The Dentist (good plot, bad movie)

Both work. The lyrics end:

Dancing in the rain.

I'm happy again.

I'm singin' and dancin' in the rain.

Dancin' and singin' in the rain.

Two of my favorite scary movies are:

~Identity
~The Game

Both great. The Game is not so much scary as just creepy. There is a difference.

Some other good ones are:

~The Others
~IT
~Rose Red

Yeeeah, I guess so.

Now that I remember IT, it's not that good. Kinda sucks, really.

Scratch "IT" from the list, then.

"It" is my favourite book I've ever read, and my friends said the movie was bad. They didn't even watch it all. It stops halfway, and you have to flip the DVD to the other side.

Pick up the book anyway though. Best read ever, IMHO.

Wow lots of stuff to say.

 I watched Shaun of the dead last night, and it was hilarious in the first hour or so, but then it almost turned into a real horror movie. And it was also kind of sad but the ending was hilarious. What I didn't like was that they were in the pub for the whole last hour to 45 minutes and it just got kind of boring. But I liked it overall, theres funnier stuff, but it was good. 8/10

 I have seen Identity, and i LOVED it. There were 2 really interesting twists at the end

 I liked the others, but I have to watch it again becuase I was 6 when I saw it, lol.

 I enjoyed Hostel

 I enjoyed Exorcism OER

 I liked the grudge one and still have not seen the second one.

 Hard candy was CONFUSING AS edited. It was good and really creepy, but I didn';t understand why he did what he did at the end.

 i hated the butterfly effect

 Cry wolf, liked it very much, ending dissapointed me.

 All 3 FD movies were fantastic, I also own all 3. I can't wait for the 4th.

 American Psycho was great.

 I haven't seen the birds yet.

 Has anyone seen "The Gate?" Its low budget but its actually really cool.
