Hey guys,

I got a new wallet today, and I don't understand what two of the credit card slots are for. A standard credit card is too big, as is a business card. Is there a specific purpose for these slots?

I am talking about the empty slots in the pictures.

They are probably there for the two items you pull out most often. If I had a wallet like that, my credit card that I normally use would be in one and my ID would be in the other. They may not seem tall enough to hold cards, but they will hold them just fine. I had a wallet with a single pocket like that a while back and kept my ID in it with no issues for months.

The problem is that they cover other cards; why would a wallet be designed like that?

Because you don't want it to be too wide.

I carry about 16 cards of some type with me at any given time. Obviously, some of the cards are going to have to be covered by others, otherwise the wallet that I have would be ridiculously large. Of the 16 cards in my wallet the only one you can see entirely is my driver's license. My main credit cards end sticks out from where the money clip is, but other than that every other card is in slots with at least one other card.

Alright, thanks guys. I will put a card I use a lot for magic in one of the bottom slots along with my driver's license (which I get tomorrow!!). Thanks for the help!

Man, pickpockets will have some fun with SOMEBODY :p Jeff, may I ask what kind of wallet that is? I have one but it's so bulky and the leather is crap.
