If you drink tea, you have less of a chance of getting sick in the first place. It's full of antioxidants and things like that.

I drink several cups of tea each day, normally at least 5 or 6.

My usual for the last 10+ years is Earl Grey, but I have been drinking it now for so long that I rarely notice the aroma (which I used to love). Someone introduced me to "double bergamot" Earl Grey, which is stronger and I can still smell, but it is hard for me to find that in most stores.

I also like apricot tea.

And green tea when I am out for Chinese food.
