I'd put half of it immediately into a secure account. I'd then would prob donate about a quarter of what I have left (possibly start a charity). I would then use a portion to help out my family members with any financial/health problems. I'd buy everyone in my family a nice house. I'd buy myself my dream house (with hidden rooms, recording studio, home theater, and working R2-D2 to name some stuff). I'd pay off anything I might owe for college.

To be continued....

Half of it into a secure account? I thought the FDIC only insured up to 100 thousand?

Well then I guess I will spread it out through a few secure accounts

I believe it was raised recently...possibly to $250,000?

I'd personally put at least 100k in a money market, and invest quite a bit of it in the S&P, just to get some dividends/growth going.

I'd buy all these books I've been drooling over that are $50 for 100 something pages. That's nuts... new magic books are overpriced.

All magic books are overpriced. Some are worth it.

Well yeah but my issue is that nobody ever reviews them (or very, very rarely) compared to DVD's, which everybody reviews. The exception being David Regal books or similar, and even those they don't break down the tricks and rate them, tell me what they are about, etc.

OK I'm done complaining. :)

I am going to start reviewing more books. Haha.

The trouble is that a LOT of books (not all) deal with theory, which is hard to capture in a review. For example, I would love to review Psychological Subtleties, but it is a lot of tips and such, not a whole lot of specific magic routines.
