I just took a quick personality test that my brother recommended and the results are pretty much exactly what I actually think and feel like. After taking the test, it gives a lot of information on the type of personality you have, and it gives examples of notable people who have the same type of personality as you.

My results said I am an "INTJ". Here was some of the information they gave about my personality type to give you an idea http://keirsey.com/4temps/mastermind.asp. Here's another, as an example http://typelogic.com/intj.html

To take the test yourself, which is only 72 questions, go to http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/JTypes2.asp. If you answer the questions thoughtfully, I think you'll gain a lot of insight into your personality.

I just thought I'd share this with you guys since it was so interesting for me. :D

Chill.

ISTP, which when related to what I do as a technichan translates to "I See The Problem"

Haha! Question 52.

I do these days but I'm not sure if it is in my personality or if I'm just trying to cover potential angles if someone asks to see a trick!

ENTP

Says i'm an inventor which I can see being true. I was up until 4 this morning restoring a vintage Pachinko machine and hope to get to a record player in the morning.

Very astute. the resulting description was very accurate but I feel that on the whole these tests are very flawed. Often when answering the questions I felt i had to be to cut and dry. I really do prefer solitude as i feel it is a great way to reflect upon things but at the same time I have a lot of fun at any party (I am a balloon entertainer after all). Certain questions made me make decisions I was uncomfortable with because of their circumstantial nature.

I notice that many of us have a TP ending our four letter personality. Interesting...

As always,
Dylan

I've known a few of those. They normally try to hammer their own belief systems into you, until you finally put them on real-life-ignore.

After what the test said, they are really caring about other people and their feelings...

I don't care... I don't believe that a personality test can describe who you are as a person. People will always have different perceptions of you...

Kiersey said in one of his books that people trend towards the opposite as they age. So the young wild, out of control ESTP guy will settle down as he gets a family/better job and trend towards guardian. Or the strict rule enforcer will have his wild 40's, buy a motorcycle and try to catch up to the looser side of life, etc.

So it's even more unpredictable.

That's odd I'm completely opposite but I got ENFP. I like to think I have an incredibly complex personality though, too tough to pinpoint?
