Everytime i call this site or theory11 to place an order i always get a busy tone. Like a "beep beep beep beep".

Could be a problem with your phone, or with Skype, which is how we (and presumably other companies run). I think they've been having intermittent problems this year..

I just called with my cell phone and it works, but i didnt want to make my order yet and i hung up on the guy on accident. (i wanted to hang up with when it connected) so if a guy complains about someone else hanging up on him, tell him on sorry!
