How to take a screen shot?

I need to take a screen shot from a highlighted section of an excel spread sheet. Any clues how to do this?

Are you on a Desktop or Laptop? if you are on a laptop hit "fn" (which is function) and PRTSC (which is print screen). if you are on a PC just hit PRTSC

yup. then just crop out the section you want. easy.
