Hi everyone

I buyed the Born to perform card magic by Oz Pearlman DVD download. After downloading I watched the DVD, and I was happy with it. But, then, I wanted to playback a little part, and then it stucked. Just didn't work any more. I tried other players, didn't work. I tried another download, didn't work. Then I send a message to Penguin Costumer service, but no answer yet (after, I think, 3 months). Can someone help me???

Yes, I can help. Review the corrections I made and apply them next time.
Oh...you mean help with your customer service problem. Well, to me it doesn't sound like this is in any way Penguin's fault, and the problem is either with the video player you are using. Have you tried VLC Player, Windows Media Player, and Quicktime?

I suck too, but nevertheless quickly noticed 3 mistakes you missed.



In any case, I also had some problems with it. Unfortunatley, I can't give you advice as I just retried to download the movie many months later, then converted it to ipod, and then it worked.
