Don't go see it. Don't see it in IMAX 3D, don't see it in Real D 3D, don't see it in standard definition.

I am talking about James Cameron's newest disasterpiece, Sanctum.

It was boring, there was no emotional attachment to the characters, the characters were stupid, the plot was lacking, the story was not exciting, and it was hardly entertaining.

Just don't see it, it's not worth the money...don't even rent it...

anyone else see it?

i got free tickets to go see it in 3d.

I thought it was bit boring. Since it was based on a true story it was very limited. Pretty much 1 setting, and every limited plot/character developments.

Pass on it

If you want to see a real cave movie, go rent The Descent.

I just watched The Descent 2 on Netflix. Not as good as the first, but a lot better than I expected it to be.

Really? I need to check that out. The first one was CREEPY and gave me a few chills.

Yeah, but when they say "inspired by a true story" they probably mean at some point, some people went into a cave and died...these things are never spot on. I just think Cameron needs to either stop making these big-budget movies that aren't worth seeing, or start making some really good ones. One thing I find in his movies is that the dialogue is almost never believable, or is very cliche and outdated. This could definitely use improvement.

Wasn't James Cameron the 2IC (second in charge - Director wise) on this film?

Yeah, but he put his name all over it. No one really knows who the actual director was (again, a bit of sarcasm, but seriously, I think people only saw it because James Cameron had his name on it.)
