Who is this guy, and where did he come from?

Just kidding, but yeah, I don't understand the point of your post. Sorry, here I am posting something that really doesn't even apply to the topic at hand...so in that case, Happy New Year?

You may be right, however, Judaism, like Christianity, Buddhism, etc is NOT a religion. They are different ways of life. While you celebrate your New Year by getting fershicker (drunk) we celebrate ours by looking at our life and seeing where we can do better to make the world a better place. Just a different way of looking at things

I don't mean to upset you Paddy, but Christianity and Judaism are religions. Buddhism in some cases, is also a religion. Regardless if it is a way of life or not, it is still, by definition of the word "religion" a religion. This is not my opinion, this is simple truth.

Also, Misdirection, having multiple accounts in not cool...

One day, for some reason he couldn't log into his account no matter what he tried (if I remember correctly). So he made a new account.

Yep. Basically it wouldn't let me log in no matter what I tried (I explained all this at the time of making my current account).
That is the only reason I have this account. I haven't tried logging in on my old account for a long time, and honestly, there isn't much reason to, considering everyone knows me by this account, and it would just get too confusing to switch back.

I was responding to Paddy's comment that Judaism, Christianity and Buddhism are not religions.

I understand what you're saying Flappy, but still disagree. They are not methods of worshiping a deity as a religion is but are actually different ways of viewing the world and how to interact with it.

There is more to the definition of religion than simply worshipping a deity (which I know is common practice among Christians). religion is always associated with a different way of viewing the world, this does not make it not a religion.

Shana tova in the name of Yeshua Ha-Mashiach!

Much blessings to those who honor the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob during this next year and forever more!
