I think the whole Umbrella Corporation product theme makes the movie a lot more fun and interesting, but I agree the preview should of had more zombies.

I have never really known what this movie was about, but it sounds like 28 days later ripped it off.

More like the other way around if anything. The Resident Evil games have been around for a long time. Plus, Resident Evil 1 was realeased before 28 days latr.

They both have totally different plots. 28 Days later is just angry people with a virus killing eachother, Resident Evil is zombies...Dead people who are just living flesh, they don't think or anything.

Well 28 Days Later did have zombies, but the movie wasn't what i was expecting. 28 Days Later was a horrible movie.

However, I did like the first Resident Evil and I can't wait for the second one.

What? It won like 5 film festivals. Thats why they brought it to the states. It was such a low budget. You guys obviously dont know your movies. 28 days later is based on a late 60's movie "The last man on earth" which spawned at least 20 variations.
