Hey, I was wondering if anyone else here benched. If you do answer this small survey...

Age: 14
Weight: 155 pounds

How much can you curl: I honestly don't know, but I've curled 65 pounds before..
How much can you bench: Maxed out at 155 pounds last night..
How often do you work out: Every other day...

You should work out every day. That "give your body time to rest" is all lies.

no actually it isn't, you need to give your muscles time to rest from being ripped during a workout.

if you workout every day on the same part of the body, your muscles will never have time to heal, therefore never getting any bigger.

I played soccer for maybe 4 or 5 years and I've been playing baseball for 7 or 8 so that has kept me in good shape. I don't "work out" or do "weight lifting" but I do lift weights frequently just at my house with 20 punders.

Well, I just started lifting so it's not that high yet, but in two months my max has raised 25 pounds for benching. I've played soccer for eight years and won the all-around state gymnastics competition in class 7.

You need to go on a bulk buddy. No one can see a 6 pack through a shirt.

Just started back after 5+ years. So I haven't even tried to max at any thing. Fells great trying to get back into shape, been about a month now 3 days a week.

Tuesday: Chest and Biceps
Thursday: Shoulders and triceps
Saturday: Legs and back

I have been jogging 1/2 - 3/4 mile on treadmill for warm-up. I'll eventually get up to a mile but it will take time with this bum leg.

Anyone use those energy drinks before a workout? If so what do you use?
