I need to disable my firewall(strange for a 12 year old)because i have a licene to host chats but eh applets wont load because im behind a firewall so they only load for me and no one else.

Every evening I turn off the computer, pull out all the leads and carefully place all the components back into the styrofoam packaging then into their boxes. I then tape up the boxes and put them in the attic. Throw a dustsheet over them and away I go....

ROTFL

I leave mine on 24/7. I have a good hardware firewall, a virus program that is updated everyday (AVG) and I use Mozilla Thunderbird and Firebird (Firefox?) on an XP home system and a Dell 8200. Never have a problem.

Don't get me started on my DSL service.
