When you visit other sites then come back to Penguin does the light colored brightness slap you in the face and seem too bright to you? Does to me!...seems when I come back to here that the screen is just TOO bright!!! Ever notice that?

Man, if you keep yourself in good shape and exercise regularly and most importantly eat alot of fruits, vegitables and drink alot of milk for your whole life, you can be moving around with ease at 80.

I DO NOT want to be hunched over in a wheel chair when I'm 80 or 90. I want to be up and movin'. 8)

A couple years ago, on the news, there were these 80 year old men pole volting. :roll:
