I just accidently placed an order with penguin I did not mean to place how can I cancel this order??????

call customer service in the morning, they will cancel it.

call customer service.....they are closed now. So I would suggest you do it at 9am Pacific time.

How did you accidently make a order? You have to put your credit card number don't you?

Just call penguin tomorrow, they will fix it. Just do it immediately, or it will be shipped and your screwed then.

I was annoyed because my computer is acting stupid and my parents wont let me order the effects then my computer started to lag and I started to click anoyed and I clicked when it stopped and accidently clicked place order . It was pretty stupid though The thing is I want the stuff my parents wont let me get it so Im pissed off. No I dont need a credit card number I was in pay pal when it happened. BUt it said they wont send it until they receive payment something along those lines so I should be all set for now. Or maybe I will get it and my parents cant do anything about it.

if you think thats bad, me and my friend were ugly about on the i-net and accidentaly ordered a £60,000 aston martin with his dads credit card......... true story, but it all got sorted out....

that was probably the most stupid thing i have ever done.

My order is only thirty dollars and I want it my parents just didnt want me to order it yet. I think its funny. But its all set now.

Dont bother. If its in paypal then you have to send the money. After a while they wotn recieve the money and erase the order.

happend with me once, im not aloud to use paypal but hit it accidently...so anyway i send them an e-mail telling them to cancel, they send back sayin they did and the next day i check the status to see if they had canceled and it said shipped...next week its at my door, i was a little confused so i e-mailed them and they said i could keep it...

haha!!! LUCKY!!! Another reason I love Penguin!!! They're nice about mistakes...
