Yeah and how did you first get w/ penguin?
I need some hard-cold advice you're the real deal, but if you are, props to you!!!!

very few of my songs are on besonic. penguin magic found me through mp3.com back when it was still up (i had 49 tracks up on mp3.com). i think they were the last folks to buy my mp3.com cd's before the site folded. i licensed my tracks to them in return for credit on their videos and maybe the chance to have them shoot a video for me in the future, should i ever find myself in vegas with some new tunes and a brilliant idea. the reason i came to check the forums was not because i didn't know penguin was using my music, but because i wanted to see what people had to say about it.

What do you mean 'your web admin told you there was a buzz'... Do you have a personal web person who scours the web looking for mentions of your music and then gives you a call - sort of virtual butler?

I can go into a really detailed explanation but I won't, the admin just noticed that we clicked links to their site from here....
