OK, Is it just me or does PenguinMagic Customer service ROCK? (No, I'm not an employee :) ) Every time I contact customer service, they respond like lightning and they are ALWAYS friendly and are dying to please!!!

They remind me of "older days" when the doughnut shop put an extra doughnut in the bag or the drugstore threw in some extra candy! I can buy magic tricks anywhere but only here do I get the added service!

Just my 2 cents worth! and uh, ... thanks Zaree :wink:

i know. a while ago i bought nickles to dimes, hot rod, and brainwave from a local magic shop and e-mailed penguins costumer service and they gave access to the po forums for those tricks. i really needed it for brainwave.

btw, i bought these tricks before i knew abou penguin :wink:

Interesting. I had a discussion with Penguin about having access to healed and sealed PO section. Because I knew there was a debate about rights to the trick and exposure, I purchased Healed and Sealed directly from the creator. I was told that even though I have rightfully purchased the trick, it was penguin's policy to not grant access to anyone who does not purchase through them...

maybe because mine envolve gimmicks so even if you knew how it is done it whouldnt help you if you didnt buy the gimmick whereas healed and sealed can be done without a gimmick. you know what i mean?
