I believe they care, but they are just so streached out they are relying alot on the mods to take care of the forums.

no...trust me, if they cared the least bit, then bans would come immediatly to spammers, and they would answer our friggen emails!

Could Penguin be collapsing?!?!? Or maybe (and I doubt it.) they are changing something way big. Or maybe all the forum members are puttinng so much pressure on them. Not you cowboy, I know your questions make sense.

Well, partially, Penguin does "sell" the PO forums, and the forums do attrcat magicicans to this site, and may lead them to buy from penguin.

so overall, if Penguin truely doesn't care bout the forums, they must not realize what a powerful asset it is to their company

Yea I have sent them 2 emails over the last 2 months and none have been responded. They are about my D'lites I only used them one hour and when I got them one sputered. I tried sending them an email a week after just to see if I needed to break them in and it didnt work. I have been busy for a long time and I sent them an email a week ago and still no response. I think they just dont believe me, I ordered them 1/12/04 and they think iIprobably used them up.

Edited so you can take a breathe. That was a long sentence.

Thats a looooong sentence. On topic, I agree that they should be on the forums more because think about it, even though penguin is a great site, there would be alot of people who wouldn't buy as much stuff if it weren't for the forums. Here people can get advice on what to get, and also the PO sections are a big reason people come here. Even without it, penguin would still be great but they should realize how much these forums matter to the company.

cowboy, I applaud your intestinal fortitude for standing up and saying that.
It's about time people should know how the Admins just disregard these forums. Even the first round of Mods have first hand knowledge of how weak Admin support is. I'm just glad that someone besides myself has the nerve to say something about it!

Whenever I have emailed customer service or Maxwell I have gotten a responce within a day. I dont know if I am the only one, but they are fast for me. I will send Maxwell a email with this thread link, They do need to be on more and see what is going on.

P.S. I just emailed Maxwell, I will post the reply when I get it.

as far as customer service emails go, make sure your email isn't filtering out the '@penguinmagic.com' domain.
