I have an escape that I perform that is similar to this. I've done it seven times before and am scheduled to perform it again toward the end of summer. Similar in concept, but different in approach. In my escape, I'm in a straightjacket, leg irons, locked in a mailbag, and padlocked and/or nailed in a wooden crate, crate is connected to a crane by a thick dock rope. Rope is set on fire, and crate is hoisted 40 feet in the air. I have to escape before the crate crashes to the ground. I have added a twist to my escape as well that works absolutely beautiful. This is not my only escape I do. I have a list of the events on my website....but it's definitely my most booked. I never perform it the same way twice, and I always add more to it, change it up, and keep 'em guessing (for those who have seen me before).
