yes i am but i invented a method where i can link6 together and escape in usually under 30 seconds
my friend and i were watching cops about 3 months ago and watched saying where are the handcuffs they are useing zip ties ( the call them disposable resraints) i was like i could esaily get out of a zip tie. i was very wrong but with some practice i started with one and that was hard then we wartched cops and they use 2 so i did that then four now i do 6 3 on each arm.

see, we do it differently, we put them round our hands or our thumbs. santini has a great escape using them on his thumbs. check it out on his site.

and again, his version, is far better than mine, i really dont even know what his method is, i just speculate. mine is a pain to do, and takes a few minutes. but it works.

If it is any help a method of escape was covered in "Ratcheted Restraints". It was availible a few years back through a number of sources both in the US and in the UK.

Like any restraint it comes down to getting access to it once you are inside it. Most times the zip ties are used in the UK, they are behind a person's back and are two ties interlinked (like a paper chain).

Hope this helps

Stuart

Ratcheted Restraints is still availible (and even the download resale rights).

There is a new version for those starting out in the art called Picking Padlocks due to come out shortly. PM me if anyone is interested or wants more info.

Thanks
