Hi, I heard that this video ( http://www.cannonsgreatescapes.com/Shop ... chase.html ) teaches you how to pick and escape from regular smith and wessen handcuffs using everyday items that you probably have lying around the house. Then I came across these two books: http://www.cannonsgreatescapes.com/Shop ... chase.html and http://www.cannonsgreatescapes.com/Shop ... chase.html . It seems like both of these books just cover handcuff escapes. If I just want to pick Smith & Wessens, do i need these books, or just the video? Thanks

The Encyclopedia of escapes does not go into picking S&Ws (unless they have expanded it to include that information). The book is NOT just on handcuffs; it describes a large number of escapes of various types.
If it's the picking info you want, and the video advertises it, go with the video.
Question: why the emphasis on picking one make of handcuff, and why picking?

With every purchase of fuzzy handcuffs, there is an instruction sheet on how to open the handcuffs in case you lose the key or your partner falls asleep before uncuffing you from the bed.
