I am going to buy myself a straight jacket soon, and I am just browsing around on ebay looking for a good jacket to get.

I found this one, and it looks good, but since I have no experience with straight jackets I thought it would be nice to ask here before I buy anything.

This is the one I was looking at: http://cgi.ebay.com/Strait-Jacket-Strai ... 9503058410

Thank you for your help :)

I am sorry for the misspelling!

Thanks for the response! I will probably get this one then.
Have to wait a couple of months though, cause I am at the time in Kyiv, Ukraine at a sircus school here.

Looking forward to get into these things when I come home from here!

Thank you again! :)

Here is a website someone here turned me on to. Good prices, (won't beat the one you found on E-bay though) and the international shipping was reasonable.

Ive used them several times. Have had custom made jackets made there and ordered their premade items. Great service and nice prices.

That's the same jacket that I have eyed in the past.

It's good to see some positive comments about it.

I don't do any escaping, other than a quick chain escape that I got a few weeks ago, but I've always wanted to try the straitjacket.

They are a lot of fun. So much easier to escape from than you would think. Even if escape is not your thing they can teach a lot about presentation since the most important part is making it look harder than it is.

Yah, I've been kinda reading a bit about it and it appears that once you're "set" they are quite a bit easier to get out of than what most people would think.

I don't know when I'll end up getting one...I have way too much stuff that I want to get and it's getting into spring so I need to think about getting some things going for yard work and doing some athletics outside. But hopefully I'll be able to order one in the next couple of months.
