I just ordered a straight jacket from ebay. The picture is below. I will use the chest strap to hold my arms down and i know i can get out of the whole jacket in around 3 minutes. I am going to perform this to the song "Crazy" by Gnarl Barkley. I was thinking about adding some of these cargo straps, 4 of them around my body two with the hooks in back, and two with the hooks in front. I would do this just to "add" something to the normal straight jacket escape. Any tips for how i should hook the cargo straps and get out of them. I was planning on just trial and error.

Thats really the best way. Only you and your assistants (if you have any) know the extent of your ability. Experiment, thats the best way to see what works and what doesnt.

But most of the time, something "extra" isnt needed- enless you give a reason for it. Other wise just stick with the plain SJ escape.
Yes it can be fun to try new things, but there are things to think about concerning your act/show and ability.

Yes i do have real strait jacket experience. I have been working with a friends, and an old costume canvas one i had. But the one my friend has is identical to the one i bought.
