Just ordered this the other day. Hopefully it will be here by the end of the week.

I'm really looking forward to watching it. Escapology really intrigues me. Apparently most of the stuff on the first DVD can be done with everyday household type things...so hopefully I can even try some of the stuff out.

I'll end up ordering a strait jacket to go with the second DVD, but that might have to wait a few more weeks.

I got it because it was something that was impossible to turn down when considering the "Five for $99" deal...especially because it by itself was $99.

I have ALWAYS been interested in escape artists, so I figured that even though I'm relatively new to magic this would be an awesome thing to have...if only to watch and learn a few things.

I don't see myself doing any elaborate stage escapes, or needing to generate any publicity any time soon...but I'll still watch that because I have found that even when it comes to things that I won't really use, I always still learn something valuable.

I think you are really going to like it. I got it a few years back with the same deal and consider it one of the best values in magic, especially when combined with Séance'. I think a lot of youngsters panned it because they thought they would learn to pick a lock. During college I was seriously considering Lock/Safe-smithing as a profession and I can guarantee you that you don't want to rely on that...especially for a water escape! Even the easiest locks can sometimes give you trouble. I think it was a great intro into escape magic. I've done three stage performances using material largely learned from that set. For an amateur whose most likely stage performance will be a benefit event for some cause you believe in you really can't do wrong with this. If you want to go pro at some point in the future this will certainly get you headed in the right direction. I'll see you in the PO forum!

I had planned on getting it a LOOOOONG time ago, but for some reason never placed the order. Then some things started coming up and I just never got it back into my cart.
