We haven´t Penguin Bonus since March 31th. In EEUU center have a lot of Penguin Bonus. We hadn´t Penguin Bonus in Christmas as in the EEUU Center and in Europe we have Chrismas too.

well there is more going on then that
dithnt you see that most of the products are sold out all the time
i think the eu project is to much controlled from the states or just a low priority store
i got a order pending for a week now but when i order the shipment is in most cases the same or next day
and the funny thing is the shipment time is about the same
so my advice whould be order litle things at eu and bigger orders concidering the free gifts in the states
my advice to penguin whould be get a dutch man to do the job!

I would also like to see freebies. However to be fair to Penguin they have to content with exchange rates, UK import duties and VAT, shipping costs to the UK, the different costs of warehouse, staff, free postage to Europe, etc in the UK compared top US, etc. Combined these aspects of trading could well hit their profit margin over here. I think that we should be grateful that they offer such good prices to us to start with. But it would be nice if they could be more reliable on stocking basic supplies.

Digressing for a moment. I have had a couple of orders from the States which gave me the 10% discount code on my next order, which I have used. Does anyone know if I can still use this code on an ongoing basis? I haven't but it is tempting. I guess that I should ask customer services, but as I was typing here..

I emailed Penguin Magic and they said there would be one today, so lets see if it comes.

ofcouse the cost are not the same
but i think they are smart enough to import asia stuff trough europe
and on more important thing they have 2 stores one in the us and one here with the same name and prices so you may espect that they are mirrors
and if you see what they give away in the us it's more tempting to buy there so they destoying the europe store them self. the free gifts are in most times more then the shipment rates so then you order in the states and not in europe
thats in my opinion not smart if the want to grow in europe with the europe store
i don't think they dith a good researce any way becouse shipment from england to the rest of europe is more expensive then do it from the mainland
