I receive on thursday of this week my last order from penguin UK, but more than the half of the items werent in the package and there was no receipt. Guys from customer service have told me that the package maybe splitted, but we are on friday now, and i still waiting. I want to now if this has happend to anyone here, because iam worried about paying a lot of money for nothing. Another thing is that i insure the order, so if the rest of the items are lost, they should send me another package with the missing items?

I had this once. I thought that something went wrong, but I just waited.
Think it took 1 or 2 days when te second part of the package arrived (after the first package). So I guess your second part will arrive any moment.
