hi

Does any of you magicians order a DVD ... opened it and saw that the DVD was fool of scratches?
This is the second time that I order a DVD, DVD case was destroyed, the paper was teared and my DVD was fool of scratches?

My new order was Daniel Garcia ... and the vol 1 was also with scratches and the DVD was also destroyed.

What is the reason for this... ? Can I change those ????

It means the email has not been sent to them successfully, thus they have not read your message. This has been happening to a lot of people lately and I am not sure for the reason as to why, but make sure you are entering in the right email address. It could also be that their email inbox is full. If you just can't send the message, give them a call. You spent more $$ to buy that scratched DVD than the $$ you will spend on the phone call, international or not.
