Due to various postings about use of and advocation of using P2P software or Torrents, a new addition has been made to the rules. It is amended as follows:

Questionable Content
These are public boards, so act like you would if you were in a public place. Some questionable issues are left to the discretion of the individual Moderators, but may include any material that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, misleading, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, racist, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, sexual preference insults, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy or beliefs, that otherwise violates any law, or that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offense, and any other issue/s that may require Moderator discretion. This is to include postings which refer to P2P software and Torrents, the advocation of use of these products, or the mentioning of downloading any content via these type products. Postings will be deleted, no questions asked.

Penguin Magic does not condone illegal activity in any manner and will not support nor allow recommendations for P2P software, torrents or any other software which bypasses normal channels of purchase or use.
