Well, the original deadline came and went, but don't worry -- Penguin Magic Magazine is still happening.

We're working out all the kinks now and we expect it to be up and waddling sometime in February. What this means is, those of you who couldn't pull it together in time now have more time, and those who already pulled it together can keep writing for future editions.
