The process seems to be a national search for basic, raw talent; then cuts..then a two day instruction in a chorus singing, dancing acting routine (only hours after being flown to London and being on the massive Paladium stage); then big cuts, and finally a search on a seven weeks reality TV show for one of the ten young women who has met the first two steps and then moved on with a demonstration of star quality.
It shows just how effective a magician can be when he/she has command of the triple threat arts.
At Vent Haven last July I was left stunned by the skills of the vents who had flown in from Vegas for the wrap up show.
