I thought I posted a response but guess not. With 7 effects you got a long show. Remember that your dealing with kids, keep it to half hour. If you exceed their attention span, you are TOAST. I know, I've been there.
Take 4 effects, make sure your patter is good and use three in your show, the 4th is good if you can keep their attention. Remember always leave them wanting more.
The way I set my show is like a check mark. Rate all me effects as to the results from audience, from 1 [poor] to 10 [standing O] then I lay out my show starting with a 7, then a 5, another 7 end with an 8. I save the 9's and 10's for special shows. Just the way I learned.
