Hi guys need help with a Production from Hat Idea
Basically what I want to do is at the beginning of the kids show bring out my magic hat, when I put it it on it simply sits on my head, doesn't actually fit then I say
"Of course that's right, I always keep my magic wand INSIDE my magic hat so I don't loose it" I then take off the hat and pull out a wand. I was thinking about using this wand http://www.magicgeek.com/appearing-8-fo ... -1733.html

What do you think, What else can I pull out of the hat if not the wand?

Hey, I have that wand.
It works great. Here's how I do it: For my finale, I do a square circle production. Right before it, I take off my hat, and throw it to the side, throwing the wand (while holding a grip at one end) as I do so, that way the hat rides on top of the wand as it unfurls, as I shout "Time for the big magic." I've taken tang soo do, so I know how to twirl a staff, which I do with the wand for a few seconds. A couple of passes over the box, I rap it once, and I pull out a rabbit. (Stuffed at the moment, but I hope to get a real one.)
