 Post subject: chop cup for kid shows

is the chop cup for kid shows i just bought this trick to day and i was woundering if this was good for kid shows

Yes it is, but it all depends on how you use it.

I us mine with little catnip mice instead of balls. I simply took the m***** out of the ball and put it into the mouse. I do the routine where the mouse keeps appearing under the cup, then a block of cheese, and the finale is a REAL LIVE MOUSE!

I got the idea from David Regal's chop cup mouse routine, but he ends with a bunch of fake mice instead of a real one. The real one was my idea and it works GREAT! You should try it and watch the amazement of the kids and adults!

I perform a routine based on the Don Alan routine, but reblocked for standup work. It works really well with kids.

Yup. It's possible. Some C&B performers use only two cups - David Williamson and Carl Andrews come to mind.

It is possible to do a chop-cup routine with two cups instead of one, but I think it kind of destroys the object of the Chop-Cup. I do use a Chop cup routine for my kids shows, and make three juggleing balls appear as a final load.
