I am looking for a fun trick or gag to do in my show with my rabbit, after I make her appear. I dont want to make her vanish. If you guys have any ideas, or could recomend a book, that would be great.
Thanks

Eric Sharp has a few rabbit gags in his book. One of them consists of a rabbit beeping the horns and flashing the lights on a toy truck. He also explains how to train a rabbit to do that great gag where it throws your wand off the table. One of my colleagues does that bit with his rabbit; it's very funny.

There's "The Bunny Book For Magicians". I'm sure that Penguin can special order a copy.

I just usually do a little by-play with the rabbit and the audience...sometimes I bring the good ol Rabbit Wringer along with me and squish her...then bring her back...this way she doesn't appear to dissappear...she is just cleaned, squashed, and then brought back. Fun illusion!

I used to do an entire dove act with one dove. Each time I produced the dove, it would be taken off stage and then reloaded and produced again and again. So I was able to vanish the dove because it would be back again in the very next effect.

You could do pretty much the same with a rabbit. Sort of like the "multiplying rabbits" in sponge balls, but with a real rabbit. You could keep changing the color of its collar to make it look like a different bunny.

Thanks for your replies. After doing some more research, I have decided on buying the Zombie Rabbit. Has anyone seen this trick performed?

Rabbit Zombie

First you produce the rabbit from an empty box. You then cover the rabbit with a cloth and float the rabbit arround the room. After the magic words are said, you give the cloth are sharp snap, and the rabbit has vanished.

You could make it appear from a hat.

I've never ever thought doing magic with rabbits. Or make up something with the trick Run Rabbit Run with real rabbits.
