i say about 20-30 min. with all the patter and everything..i am definitly going to make it a 45 to an hour show by the time i start doing a lot of kids shows which will be b/t march and may. I want to keep the ending the way it is, i will just put things in the middle of the show, i think that my ending is very hard hitting to the audience of all ages.

Could you elaborate a bit on your intro? I wouldnt use the change bag twice, I guess if you made it a central theme or something it would be ok. However it is probably easier to use another method of having the ropes tie together. Also, for 45 minutes you can definitely spare 5 for a warmup. Your closer looks good, do you want to have the preceding trick(s) lead into it or follow the animal theme?
