Not even close. He has some very nice effects, but one, he's still living. There are very few living legends. And two, there are many better magicians then him.

Jay Sankey...(sigh)...i worry about that man (and his mental health). Ever since i saw him in the intro to 'revolutionary coin magic' i was a little scared. he has an odd sense of humour. his tricks are...well...some of his trick are great, but i dont think that that is enough for him to be named a legend.
Its a big fat "NO" from me!
