The sci fi ones were really easy for me. I took the liberty to post on a sci fi forum and they gave me all the answers . Well, 5 of them anyway, the rest I found with some good ol' googlin.

As for the magic questions, I had to use the power of google and my wife's perfected search tactics to find the answers. I knew it was either Tommy Franks or Stormin Norman because they both were on a couple's website who do magic shows for celebrities. I put Tommy Franks down because he was in the Whitehouse the same time George Bush Sr. was, so I figured he would be a better choice.


Now if only I would have put Steve Martin in Harry Anderson's spot instead of Harry Blackstone's spot, I would be waiting anxiously for my new mystery box......... Grrrrr!!!!

The mystery box was the main reason I wanted this one so bad too magikrn. I thought I noticed something "off" about your answers in a few posts, but I didn't take the time to figure out what it was. Turns out it was the Steve Martin thing.

Google, it's like man's best friend.

I'm pleased that you guys liked this Contest ... I went to great effort to create something special for this 25th "Silver Anniversary" Contest ... one of my better ones I think.

Although it was short lived and didn't really have very many participants, it was a fun one for me.

The problem was though, like you guys said, Google is an invaluable tool in looking up information like this ... and as I've said before, if you guys try you can practically find the answers before I can even complete the questions.
That said, it makes it very difficult for me, as the Contest creator, to think up things that you guys can't find the answers to right away.

I think the pictures help, because you can't google a picture. The questions were much easier to search.

On second thought ... you guys got the pictures correct before you did the questions on this one.

Type Science fiction movie or something like that and then click on images. Scroll through the pictures until you find the one you are looking for.
