And I'm talking about the most basic french drop trick you can think of. As far as I could tell, there was only 3 real differences, which I'll get to later.
I was at my local Comic-Con, with a bunch of friends. We here sitting down, and I was opening the traditional Ramune. I decided to half heatedly show off a trick using part of the (actually kind of complex) cap. I performed the french drop, but instead of just opening my hand, I quickly gave it a jerk, and said "There! Did you see that? It's gone now." For some reason, this super simple trick impressed everybody.
Now, as far as I can tell, all that really went into making this trick work, was the following; it seemed (and was) super improvisational, like magic happening in normal every day life. The second was using the cap rather than a coin, but that only adds to the first. The last was the jerk, which was a sort of pseudo misdirect, I guess. Anyways, that's my story, my utterly confounding story.
