Hehe, I was at a show where he did just that. The audience bounces them around until he stops the music or whatever. That's a great technique.

They actualy did show a small mess-up by Criss Angel on Mentalism. It was during the Hellstromism episode where he tried to read some teenage girl's mind.He screwed up there and they still showed it.

We know he isn't using stooges becaus eone of the best mentalist in the world is on his team. Banachek. Also luke jermay is very good to and if you want to learn some of the effect Criss used by that book that he just put out.

I like it and think he is good at it.

Thanks

Sean

Seanbuyer, how do you know he isn't using stooges? So what if he has Banachek on his team, that doesn't mean that Angel still doesn't slip in a stooge every once in a while, or all the time! When it all comes down to it, it's Angel who decides what he wants to do on his show so he could take some of Banachek's ideas and use those with stooges. Mentalism is not the way to go on tv, it's perfect you know for close up and stage but not for tv, can't trust it.

That was supposed to be in their just for an effect that shows the he "can" mess up during the main hellstorism effect. I see you believe everything you see on tv. That was on purpose btw

I have no complaints about Criss Angel's approach with Mindfreak. The lay audience watching the show at home definitely have no complaints. Angel also pulls off a lot of mentalism effects which were not believed to be possible to do well on television but just as an example, his version of PK Touches performed on Mindfreak was absolutely STUNNING.

I just have to say that I get a kick out of watching him do the Super Sharpie, since I have that and know exactly how it's done.

Criss took almost every peice of mentalism from the 13 steps to mentalism. He's just getting good use out of the book. :D

idk, I am almost an all Mentalism Magician when I do my shows. And I know almost all of his illusions. So, just because they are hard to figure out, doesnt mean he uses actors.

Mentalism doesn't work on TV?

Dunninger and Kreskin would have disagreed.

Dunniger was of a much different era. And how often do you see Kreskin on television? It's certainly not what he depends on to earn a living.
