Great point. Why is everyone so down on stooges? Magicians have used them since the dawn of time. Does it really matter as long as it is entertaining? Isn't entertainment what it is all about?

I saw Angel do a trick with a borrow wedding band that looked suspiciously like a Stagge ring. Obviously the guy was a stooge but the effect was interesting and specs were impressed and that's what it is all about.
