This is now a civil suit since the police would not press charges on her criminal accusations...

This claim started two years ago. The statute of limitations to file is about to expire which is why this is back.

I was sure I had heard about this. I believe Michal Angelo commented the last time it came up. From what he had to say, the claim does sound fraudulent.

There IS a good possibility that the claim is true. I'm not saying it IS, but it's possible. I've known David for a number of years, and have worked for DC. I know, first hand, that he scouts for women in the audience, then signals his crew as to which women to brng backstage. Then after the show, offers them "opportunities" for future work with the show, etc... One of the prepared lines his crew is told to give during interviews is, "Did you know that David owns a private island in the Bahamas? It's really nice." You have to wonder what goes on backstage when a woman is invited to meet David, but the husband/boyfriend is told to stay out front. David's a nice guy, don't get me wrong, but a GOOD guy?...That's becoming questionable.

Other forums have immediately locked this topic to stop speculation and rumors.
