It just occured to me, obviously besides the gimicked shots for the TV audience when he Levitates, David could perhaps be doing the Andruzzi Ascending Levitation. The reason I say this is simply because for one, in his book he talks about levitating for some chieftan six inches off the ground. Ofcourse this could be simply a lie. But one can't preform that height with the Baldacci. But it can be achieved with the Andruzzi. Also David wares Adidas Superstars. Not that this matters much but to anyone famillar with the Andruzzi I'm sure you can get my drift on why this is important. If not one word, material. None the less not as if much of this is nothing but trival, I was just curious if anyone considered him using this. -Brandon

I agree. The Andruzzi is probably what he does. That way, it looks like both of his feet are off the ground. And more people get to see him from more angles.

Is the Andruzzi similiar to the "Zero Gravity" effect that use the Converse All Stars? I have the plans, but never built it. Wild Levitation seems to work for me the best.

No he does the Balducci

If you have his DVD, Fearless,
You will notice in the extras section a place called unseen blaine which he does the balducci for the camera and it trully shows him doing the balducci levitation

take a look if you have the DVD

sincerely,
Kyle

At the beginning of "Street Magic" you see DB doing his levitation in the street with some kid, and you can clearly see he's doing Balducci.

What ever happened to the thought that he could actually be levitating?

If you zoom in on the DVD, where he is doing for that kid, you can actually see both of his feet coming of the ground. I think he is performing the Andruzzi Levitation. Can anyone back me on this one, or am I the only one that saw both of his feet come up? Watch closely.

It is impossible to be "actually levitating." Gravity pulls your body mass back to Earth. I mean, try it, jump up into the air. But u won't be able to do it...

Hey I think he does both. Isn't that possible. Certain times when there is a big crowd he does the Andruzzi and for a few people watchin' he does the Balducci. Both are great, but I prefer the Andruzzi because its so easy to decieve with.

Do a search on Google for it and you can easily find resources that teach it. - Brandon

He is definately doing the Baldu...As far as you seeing him come off of the ground on the dvd 13igJim, that part was edited for tv and it is not what the people actually saw when he performed it for them.
