why is there a section devoted to david blaine? Is he that special. i just think that david blaine isnt that special. he also uses stooges and that levitation 5 feet into the air LIER. we should have a section devoted to houdini, well maybe not cause hes dead but hes still the best illutionist ever period! Or David copperfield we could talk about him. whatever just want to see wat other people think.

I see wat u mean man. Thats darn right. We should make another 2 sections- 1 for Houdini and 1 for Copperfield. But overall performance is hard to chose, but it has to go to Blaine. He fakes and acts out his tricks real good; makin people really believe wat he is doin. Its true though.

I think houdini because with out houdini david blaine will not be doing magic. and houdini was the greats magician thatt ever live. every magician whant to be like houdini an they did . and today the tricks that houdini did many magicians are doing now.

I've been asking this question for months.

Why is there a forum just for Blaine when there are so many other deserving magicians?

Penguin should rename the board to "Professional and TV Performers" or something.

My guess is because he attracts more customers. And more customers equals more Moolah. When you get right down to it penguin is a business like any other business.

When you say fake do you mean he decieves spectators? If so then we must all be fake.

But if you mean he edits his performance tapes to make himself look larger than life, then I almost agree. But his ACR is pretty cool, and he's very entertaining. So..
