If you're talking about "Mysterious Stranger", that illusion is not taught in the book.
Street Magic
Balducci Levitation - the levitation which he did at teh end of the special.
Snap Change - at the beginning of the special, he does a mental riffle force, and then proceeds to do this simplified SNap Change (not Ed Marlo's original handling though)
Rising Card - a selected card slowly rises out from the deck in the spectator's hands.
Torn and Restored Transposition - an idea, I think by David Williamson. A card is signed, torn into four pieces, and the pieces vanish, with the signed card ending back on the top of the deck.
Be Honest What is It - the TWo-Card Monte. TWo queens given to the spectator to hold change into aces.
Cigarette Through Quarter - a cigarette is pushed right through a quarter and out again.
Twisting Arm Illusion - David twists his arm 360 degrees. (Note: Don't buy Meir Yedid's video on this! It is TERRIBLE!)
Bite-out Quarter - David borrows a quarter and bites it into half, then blows and restores the quarter.
The Raven - a borrowed quarter disappears from the spectator's hands even though the performer does not touch the quarter at all.
Hindu Thread - a ball of thread is unraveled and the thread is broken into several pieces. the pieces then restore themselves again.
Card in Mouth - Max Malini's idea. A selection is found folded in the mouth of the performer.
Invisible Deck - A thought-of card turns out to be the only reversed card in the entire deck.
Here Then There - a two-card transposition that can be found in Card College. Basically, a card is clearly given to the spectator to hold. Another card is shown and instantly it chagnes into the first card. The spectator now has the second card instead.
Instant Replay and Simple Switch - found in Paul Harris' Art of Astonishment Book 3. Possibly one of the hardest moves in card magic, and in the book. Basically a card is flipped from one hand to the other and back again under the pretence of the explanation that this is how the performer switches cards.
Card to Spectator's Pocket - The performer causes a selection to disappear from the deck and reappear in tahe spectator's pocket.
Hot Shot Cut - a selected card is propelled out from the deck and into the grasp of the performer with one hand. Can be found in Daryl's Encyclopedia of Card Sleights Volume 8 for the original handling. Dante King has a simplified version and so does art of Astonishment by PAul Harris.
Ambitious Card - a signed selection repeatedly rises to the top of the deck despite the odds stacked against it. Get Daryl's Ambitious CArd DVD or AmbitiouXs by Brad Christian.
Card Through Window - a selection is lost in the deck and the deck is trhown against a window, following which the selection is found stuck to the underside of the glass.
Watch Steal - a pickpocketing stunt where the performer steals off the spectator's watch/ Get Chappy Brazil's Watch Steal video.
Card Stab - a selection is lost in the deck and the performer stabs the table with a knife, stabbing right thorugh the selection.
Magic Man
Simon Lovell's Deck to Pocket - a selection appears in the performer's pocket. THis is repeated, but instead the entire deck appears in the performer's pocket with the selection left in the performer's hand.
Torn and Restored - a selection is made by the spectator. An indifferent card is shown and torn into four pieces and given to the spectator. The spectators card is shown and using the Shapeshifter it visually changes into the previously torn card. The previously torn card is then restored.
Ace Shaker - a selection appears in-between two black aces previously set aside.
Coin Matrix - a four card/four coin matrix assembly where four coins that are separated visually jump to one particular spot. Get "Matrix God's Way". (I think that was the name, I haven't read it in such a long time - but incredible book).
Dollar bill LEvitation - a dollar bill is made to levitate in the performer's hands.
Dedi's Decapitation - the performer pulls off the head of a chicken and restores it.
that's all I can think of for Magic Man though there are many more. These are the ones I can recall now.
Frozen in Time
Card in Basketball - a selection is lost in the deck and then the deck is cascaded into the air. The cards fall everywhere and the selection is found inside the basketball.
Counterfeit Spectator - found in AoA by Paul Harris, BOok TWo. The performer borrows a bill and changes the treasurer's name on the bill to the spectator's own signature with a rub.
Ring in Bottle - a ring is accidentally lost by the performer, only to be found lying inside a bottle a few feet away.
Pigeon Resurrection - the performer resurrects a dead pigeon.
That's all I can think of for Frozen in Time. This special mainly focused on his endurance test so there were fewer.
I don't bother mentioning Vertigo because you requested for cards/coins and he didn't do anything that used any of those two objects.
