If it's still available from magic shops:

Looks obscenely realistic in person.

It's all about the patter..not just the effect....If you have time do some "bizzar magic" searches.

The trem is the "style" of magic.

Halloween magic doesn't have to be bizzare magic. Just use your imagination. For example, to make a card effect more Halloween theme . . . how about changing the pips to pumpkins and ghosts? Color change the deck orange. UFO card with the premise of a story about a flying witch.

Lots of possibilities.

You took a Halloween gig before you had a Halloween themed routine prepared? That's putting the Cart before the Horse.

You should always have a polished routine/act ready before you seek out shows and book paid gigs.

My Halloween Show is 3 years in the making and was in rehearsal-mode 6 months before October.

Best of luck to you...

Finally, Halloween is approaching. It seems this was the one holiday made JUST for magicians to have some fun. Aside from watching all the scary movies, magic is a great way to interact with people in an eerie way that you might not normally have the chance to. Each year we like to have some fun and pick out our PERSONAL top 5 Halloween tricks.

Ghost Vision (http://trick.ly/7ur):This is the perfect killer trick to use for that skeptical friend. Leave them with all the evidence in the world that GHOSTS EXIST.

Flesh Wound (http://trick.ly/7us): DURRING-dinner effect? NO!!!!. Halloween INSANITY? YES! Openly slice your arm and PEEL BACK THE SKIN.

Wounded (http://trick.ly/7ut): Cry tears of BLOOD and make people SCREAM. This is impossibly realistic magic that we've never seen before. It still creeps me out.

Loops (http://trick.ly/7uu): Is your house HAUNTED? No? Well now it is! Cause almost anything to shake and move on its own, almost as if by supernatural forces.

Haunted Bill (http://trick.ly/7uv): The bill that folds all by itself. SUPER Creepy "anytime-anywhere" magic.
